Shanghai Honghong Die Casting Co.,Ltd is an private enterprise which specializes in manufacturing Zinc and Aluminum die-casting pieces. Since the establishment in 1993, regarding honesty cooperation, promise keeping, quality assurance, on-time delivery as our principle, we have received high confirmation and good reputation from many well-known companies in and outside China. While constantly improving ourselves, our company is developing and becoming much stronger day by day. Now, we are a reliable supplier for customers in and outside our country. We have passed ISO9001/2000 International Quality System Certificate. And we have got the ISO/TS16949:2002 International Quality System Certificate.
For over ten years, our company has been constantly improving in its production technology. We are well equipped with mould-designing and manufacturing, die casting, machining, polishing, blasting, spraying, painting and electro-finishing equipments. We become a rare corporation with the integration from die-casting to finished-product in East China. During these years, we trained a batch of excellent staff including 8 engineers with modern design and production ideas, 12 professional technicians with rich work experience and over 300 workers with high sense of responsibility.
At present, our company covers 25，000 square meters land. The workshops reach 15，000 square meters, 4，000 square meters of which are occupied by Electro-finishing Factory. There are 23 die-casting machines, including 25T, 63T, 68T, 100T, 130T, 180T, 280T, 400T, 630T, (we planned to buy a 800T die casting machine) etc. And we also obtain CNC, a manual and full automatic painting-roasting assembly line, a plastic-spraying assembly line. We can do many kinds of electro-finishing, such as Chromium, Sand Chromium, 3+ Chromium, F brush Nickel, Satin Nickel, Bronze and Clinquant, etc. And we are also equipped with CMM and Double Dimensions Images.
The annual production capacity of Zinc, Aluminum Alloy is 3000 tons.80% of the total products are exported to U.S.A., Canada, Japan, Germany, S.Korea, Taiwan, etc. The main products made from Zinc and Aluminum Alloy are Auto Parts, Moto Parts, Electron, Lighting, Sanitary Bathing Things, Tableware and Machinery, etc.
